Tony Schnurr is the Chief Executive Officer of United Fleet Management, where he has led rapid growth by developing an innovative short term lease model focused on executive level light duty trucks. Prior to UFM, Tony served as CEO of Real Dealership Consulting, where he raised the bar for dealership consulting by delivering custom strategies that improved performance and profitability for both single point stores and large dealer groups. He previously held senior leadership roles with Ken Garff Automotive Group as Vice President of Business Development and with Larry H. Miller Automotive Group as President and COO, overseeing more than 45 dealerships and helping the organization achieve national top ten dealer group recognition.

Tony’s background also includes dealership ownership and executive operations leadership, along with regional management roles at Chrysler Corporation and DeLorean Motor Company. As managing partner of Larry H. Miller Super Ford in Salt Lake City, he led the store to top tier sales, profitability, and multiple national awards for customer satisfaction and performance, further reinforcing his reputation as a results driven automotive executive.
