Lease Terms
Lessee acknowledges that the Vehicle will be monitored by one or more manufacturer or third party GPS monitoring/locating systems (e.g., FordPro, Geotab, Theft Patrol, etc.) Any questions should be directed to: customercare@unitedfleetmgmt.
Eligibility Requirements
Only Lessees who are least 25 years old with a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record (i.e., no DWI/DUI and no more than 3 moving violations in past 3 years) shall be approved to lease.
Lease Insurance
Lessee’s principal owner must be at least 25 years old to lease the Vehicles. All authorized drivers must be at least 21 years old and listed on your declaration page provided by the insurance carrier.
Lease Payments
Normal wear and tear is expected. Minor surface scratches to the exterior paint are considered normal wear and tear and will not result in additional charges. You are responsible for the cost of repairing any dents, dings, scratches, gouges, or holes on the vehicle during your lease. You are also responsible for replacing any tires that are below the legal minimum tread depth at the time the vehicle is returned. Any replacement tires must meet our standard tire requirements. If the vehicle is returned with this type of damage, we will complete the necessary repairs and invoice you for the cost of the repairs plus a service fee.
Background Check
By entering into this lease, you authorize us to conduct a background review of your business and its principals. This may include a soft credit check on the business and its principals, which will not impact any personal or business credit scores. We may also request a copy of your current business license, along with any other licenses or registrations required by law.
