No. Unlike other leases, UFM does not require any money down. We do require a refundable security deposit at the start of each lease, which is fully refundable as long as there’s no damage beyond normal wear and tear and that there is no unpaid parking tickets, toll violations or photo speeding tickets.
Submit a signed application and provide the driver’s license(s) for the primary and all additional drivers. We will handle a background and soft credit check and MVR check. – It’s fast and hassle-free.
Apply in three easy steps: submit your application and license(s), sign your lease and provide proof of insurance, then schedule pickup or delivery.
Report all accidents to UFM and to your insurance carrier immediately. If requested, UFM will assist you through claims and repairs so you can focus on your business.
UFM covers all annual registration fees. You are responsible to pay for and have all required maintenance while you are in your lease, which is an oil and filter change, and tire rotation every 7,500 miles.
